This form is the first step in our verification process for international tourism suppliers. Visit Mundus is a curated B2B network — we accept only companies that meet our quality and safety standards.


To protect our community, we review only properly completed applications.

If the form contains incomplete information, copy‑paste URLs, placeholder text (e.g., “year of establishment”, “license”, “insurance” without details), or shows that the applicant did not provide real data, the application is discarded without review or explanation.


The information you provide allows us to:

  • verify your company and confirm that you meet Visit Mundus standards,

  • prepare your supplier profile and content inside the network.


What happens after you submit the form

Our team manually reviews every application. If your company meets the criteria, you will receive an activation link where you can choose your membership plan.


This helps us direct your B2B partners to the person authorized for a specific type of business, avoiding call transfers and speeding up the contract conclusion process.

We require this information to verify the credibility of the company, ensuring a secure environment for all our partners, and to issue your membership invoice.

Registration Review and Approval Process

Before your company can be registered and listed on our platform, each application undergoes a thorough review process to ensure it meets our established quality standards. This review is crucial for maintaining the high quality of services and offerings available to our users.

As part of this process, we will also verify if your company has the necessary approval or accreditation from the official tourism institution of the country in which your business is legally located. This ensures that all listed companies adhere to recognised industry standards and regulations.

Notification of Outcome

Following the review of your application, you will be notified of the outcome via the email address you provided during the registration process.
 

  • If your application is selected and approved, we will send you an email address. Upon, we will proceed to set up your company's profile and access to our system within five (5) working days.

  • If your application is not approved, we will notify you of this decision via the email address you provided, outlining the reasons for the non-approval where applicable.
