Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received earlier than 12 days before the departure date are fully refundable.
Cancellations received between 11 days to 8 days before the departure date: 50% from the payment or postpone the tour with travel credits.
Cancellations received 07 days or less before the departure date of the tour are non-refundable.
Important Note: Most entrance and activity fees are paid in local currency. We suggest you keep some Sri Lankan rupees with you while on the tour. You can exchange money at the airport, or the tour leader can assist you in exchanging money at local banks .
Religious places have a strict protocol when it comes to clothes, and people should cover themselves up. However, usually you can wear almost anything that goes with the warm climate.
In tropical countries, the weather is always unpredictable, so it will be handy to bring a rain jacket.
Sun protection, mosquito repellent, sunglasses and a hat can be very useful during your tour.
