Registration Review and Approval Process

Before your company can be registered and listed on our platform, each application undergoes a thorough review process to ensure it meets our established quality standards. This review is crucial for maintaining the high quality of services and offerings available to our users.

As part of this process, we will also verify if your company has the necessary approval or accreditation from the official tourism institution of the country in which your business is legally located. This ensures that all listed companies adhere to recognised industry standards and regulations.

Notification of Outcome

Following the review of your application, you will be notified of the outcome via the email address you provided during the registration process.
 

  • If your application is selected and approved, we will send you an invoice for the annual membership fee to the same email address. Upon receipt of payment, we will proceed to set up your company's profile and access to our system within five (5) working days.

  • If your application is not approved, we will notify you of this decision via the email address you provided, outlining the reasons for the non-approval where applicable.
